In this course we have provided you with a beginner’s guide to archaeology using the example of Crete. We hope you feel you have a much greater understanding of archaeology in general, and especially the archaeology of Crete. You may find that you view your own community now with somewhat different eyes. Do take this opportunity to look again at any areas of interest in the course, and particularly the suggested further reading as specified at the end of each unit. (The course will remain open for one month after completion.)
We hope that the course will inspire you to visit this beautiful island one day and to see in person the archaeological sites and finds we have discussed in this course.
